Please note that free shipping applies only to standard delivery services, and estimated delivery times will still apply.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.
Delivery Estimates:
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days from the shipment date. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not ship to collection or pickup points.
Although we work hard to meet all shipping timelines, Dropwaterpure is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
